The hustle of tradition between different castes in our soceity has been seen over the years. Traditions and rules made by unknown have been guarding the human relations. This film β€œVAATYAA” meaning the Cyclone softly touches the most sensitive part of worshipping God in two different stratus of society. God is one and equal to all. The story revolves around a couple fighting a cyclone within themselves. The director has kept it to the audience to dissect the open ended final moments of the movie.

Reviews

  1. VAATYAA......Yet another excellent short film from Revas Productions. VAATYAA is a MUST see and I have always loved and admired the work of Revas Productions. Gopinath knows exactly how to connect with people with his choice of subjects....which needs to be handled with perfection. Cast, dialogues, script and all other aspects superb as usual. My best wishes to Gopinath and VAATYAA

  2. We both saw the movie. It's a short movie with -- a very big take home message for the audience. Care more for poor, needy & downtrodden people than indulging in idol worship! The God doesn't stay in the Mandir (or such places of worship) but in the hearts of poor people! Well done Karan! Great job & a very good message!

Nice Gopi. Well done. Indeed we have to seriously work towards removing negativity out of this society. Hope the next generation (our kids) will have a better life than us.... ofcourse they will never have the childhood days we had though.... :))

Kudos to dear Gopitath..dialogues are thought provoking and apt by him..i liked the role of the couple especially the male for his expressions outside the small temple as well in his HOVEL.. Sad but true..the poverty has hit the NADIR(ROCK BOTTOM) after lots of RHETORICS yesterday at RED FORT on the occasion of 74th Independence day celebrations. Keep it up Gopinath for your your PERPETUAL OUTSTANDING workπŸ‘πŸ‘ God bless you πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ
